Our email forwarder is another powerful tool to compliment our Effortless Tracking feature. In your app you can elect to use the email forwarder as opposed to linking your email address. If you've chosen this method of autocollection, please see the article below.
- In the app, open the menu that looks like three horizontal lines in the top left corner of your screen
- select "Connect Email Accounts"
- Select "Add"
- In this screen you will be prompted to select Email Forwarder or Email Scanner, Select "Email Forwarder"
- Enter the email address of the account you wish to use the Email Forwarder for
- you will receive an email with a code to confirm forwarder setup. Enter this code in the next screen
- Success! You should now be able to forward your delivery notification to email@example.com for autocollection by us.
