Removing a tracking number from your Effortless Tracking account is easy to do. Just follow the guide below:
- In your BoxLock App go to the "Packages" section (Looks like a package at the bottom of your screen)
- Select the package you wish to remove
- Select "Edit" in the top right corner
- Select "Delete" in the top right corner
- Confirm deletion
The package in question will no longer show up on your BoxLock account and will need to be readded for it to allow access via your BoxLock.
