Sometimes, you may have to remove an email account from your BoxLock. To do this follow the steps below. Please note: Once you do this "Effortless Tracking" will not work for this email address until the email is added to your account again.
- Open your BoxLock App on your phone (iOS, Android)
- In the menu, go to "Settings"
- Swipe LEFT on the email you wish to remove
- Press the Red X
- Confirm Removal
The email address you wish to remove should no longer be attached to your BoxLock.
