If you've been charging your BoxLock for an extended period of time, and are it's still showing low battery, chances are your app hasn't connected to your lock in a little bit. To update your app with your lock's current info:

Doing this should force your lock to connect with the app again and should update the battery meter. Should the battery meter still not display properly after following the previous steps, you can try the steps below:
