If you find that your BoxLock is unresponsive to Bluetooth or the scanner won't turn on, please follow the guide below to reboot your BoxLock:
- Quit your BoxLock app
- Hold the button down on top of your BoxLock for 10-15 seconds, until you hear a series of subsequent beeps
- Once reset, open your BoxLock app again
- Open your BoxLock via Bluetooth, then open your BoxLock via the Master Barcode
- If you're able to open your BoxLock you are back in business!
