Our Effortless Tracking Email Forwarder is great for users that don't want to give full access to their inbox. This guide will cover creating an auto forward rule for Comcast accounts to be used with our forwarder:

  1. Go to "Settings" (Looks like a cog in the upper right hand corner of Xfinity Connect)
  2. Choose "Filter Rules"
  3. Choose "Add Rule"
  4. Name your rule something easily identifiable such as "BoxLock Forwarder"
  5. Under "Conditions" choose "Add Condition"
  6. Under the conditions choose "Sender/From"
  7. When prompted, enter these email addresses (Note: you will have to select "Add Condition" and repeat these steps for each address below):
    - mcinfo@ups.com
    - auto-reply@usps.com
    - uspsinformeddelivery@usps.gov
    - trackingupdates@fedex.com
    - shipment-tracking@amazon.com
  8. Next, under "Actions" choose the option "Redirect to"
  9. Enter the email address: packages@getboxlock.com
  10. Make sure that "Apply rule if ANY conditions are met" is selected
  11. Select "Save"

These next steps will ensure that your forwarded messages are being sent in the correct format. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE SURE WE CAN ADD THE PACKAGES TO YOUR INCOMING PACKAGE LIST:

  1. Go to "Settings"
  2. Select "Mail"
  3. The "Compose"
  4. Check that “Format Emails As” is set to “HTML and plain text
  5. Make sure under “Forward emails as” that “Inline” is checked
  6. You should now be automatically forwarding any delivery notifications from the supported carriers to our package collection program
