Quitting your BoxLock app completely helps refresh the connection between the app and your BoxLock. A lot of the time, quitting your app entirely and reopening it will free up any issues you may encounter. Follow this guide to quit your BoxLock app:
- Go to settings
- Select "Apps"
- Select "BoxLock"
- Select "Force Stop"
- Start your BoxLock App back up
